1. Delivery of goods to you
1.1 Our aim is to fulfil all orders at the earliest opportunity. In the rare event that the product is out of stock, we shall offer a suitable replacement to complete the order or allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if preferred.
1.2 We will deliver the goods to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is important that this address is complete and accurate.
1.3 All goods must be checked for damage when accepting delivery and signed for as damaged if you have any doubts.
1.5 We intend to fulfil each order upon a single delivery basis, to ensure the complete order is provided in one operation. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
1.6 Our delivery service covers all locations within mainland England, Wales and Scotland, apart form the following The Grampians, Highlands, And Channel islands.
1.7 All items will be clearly marked as to whether they are free delivery or not.
